Farm "MELESHKA V.P." - a member of the Public Association, who appealed to the staff of the Lviv branch of the Public Association «National center of agrifinance development» in order to obtain a loan from a bank for the purchase of a tractor. The consultants of PA provided a detailed explanation of the conditions for obtaining loans from banks, as well as submitted an application to Farm "MELESHKA V.P." through the Agrarian Cabinet at 9 banking institutions.
Four banks refused to accept the application because of non-compliance with credit policy. The farm refused to cooperate with the two banks due to the length of time it took to prepare and submit the loan.
At present, JSC CB PrivatBank has offered the most favorable conditions for obtaining a loan in the amount of UAH 600 thousand.
Nadiya, a member of the Farm "MELESHKA V.P.", who is responsible for preparing the loan documents, is very grateful to the employees of the Lviv Branch of the Public Association «National center of agrifinance development», in particular, Roman Rosmus, for their assistance in solving the issue of obtaining a loan, and especially because you did not have to go directly to the banking department and wait for 3-4 months for a decision.
The decision-making process by banks took about 2 - 3 days thanks to the financial and economic analysis of the economic activity of the economy, which is automatically formed in the Agrarian Cabinet by the implemented system on the platform "AgriAnalytica" and is part of the application for funding. This is very convenient for farmers, given that they do not have the time and ability to go directly to banking institutions, especially when harvesting, when every minute is worth the weight of gold.
Banking representatives contacted the farmer independently and traveled to the farm to evaluate his options.
