20 training participants, owners of agricultural enterprises, have one problem in common: manual accounting on paper sheets or in Excel tables. In such an inconvenient way farmers can make only the basic reporting: on salary payments, taxes and land units rental costs.
The training participants finally wanted to find an affordable and convenient tool for automating accounting, controlling their finances in a progressive way. Finally, they really found it: the product AgriAnalytica:Accounting + Production Management. Use of this online program was the main topic of the training.
The experts of the Agrofincenter taught the participants to enter in the system the input data on the enterprise, the balances sheet, and the reporting documents for previous periods.
Team acquainted with the automatic formation of tax and statistical reporting, payroll for employees. Farmers were also shown the mechanisms for automatically generating of waybills based on the primary data entered by the agrarian: for example, data on transactions for the sale (what was sold, to whom and for wich amount).
Now all participants know how to progressively and transparently keep records of the enterprise operations, and as a result become reliable and promising farmers in the eyes of lenders.
