In order to improve the access of farmers to financial resources through the use of innovative technologies, the PA «National center of agrifinance development» is launching a series of trainings for agricultural producers of financial literacy. The opening of the event on October 28 was attended by USAID Advisor on Agricultural Markets Supporting Agricultural and Rural Development Oleksandr Osovets, First Deputy Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration Vasyl Lozynsky and Director of the Department of Agricultural Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration Yulia Shopska.
Consultants of the PA «National center of agrifinance development» presented to the agro-producers an innovative product for seeking financing - the AgriAnalytica electronic Farmer’s Cabinet. Agrarians were learning how to register online, how to find the necessary information on the directions of state support, the list and sample of required documents, and how to apply for state financial support, both through The Ukrainian State Farmers Support Fund and through authorized banks, represented on the platform.
The bank representatives also informed the participants of the training on financial products for the agro-producers, placed on the platform, the requirements for the borrowers and how to apply online to the bank for financing through the Farmer’s Cabinet.
During the practical sessions, Agrofincentre's consultants assisted the training participants in the formulation and submission of real applications from farms for funding through the electronic Farmer’s Cabinet.
